For the month of March, ASB will be hosting a Food Drive.The food collected will be donated to Central Kitsap Food Backpacks 4 Kids, a non-profit organization helping families in Central Kitsap School District, including families from Silverdale Elementary.
For the past 2 years, we have collected the MOST food in the entire school district, and we are hoping you will help us to beat our collection record of 2,473 pounds of food.
Students may bring non-perishable food donations to school Monday, March 4 through Friday, March 29. Food collection boxes will be set outside each classroom.
There will be a competition at each grade level and the class that brings in the most items (from each grade level) will receive a prize!
