Dear 5th-Grade Families,

This is an exciting time as our 5th graders begin preparing for their transition to middle school! 

One important step in this process is selecting electives for next year.

All current 5th-grade students need to complete the CKSD 6th Grade Elective Request Form. 

We are asking all families to be sure to complete the form by May 8th.
