We are excited to invite Silverdale Elementary families to join staff for a meaningful Book Club as we read and discuss The Anxious Generation by Jonathan Haidt. Together, we will explore the rise in anxiety among young people, the societal factors contributing to it, and practical strategies we can use to support our children.

Our Book Club will meet in the Silverdale Elementary Library on the following dates:

Families are welcome and encouraged to attend all sessions, but participation in individual sessions is also perfectly fine. We hope these conversations will strengthen our shared understanding and help us better support the social and emotional well-being of our students.
